Pathways to Unity is a community organization, formed by a coalition of elected officials and citizens, most of whom live along the Route 1 Corridor in Prince George’s County Maryland. Since August 2020, local elected representatives and committed citizens have been meeting to discuss local issues such as affordable housing, increasing access to mental health services, and police reform, exploring ways these issues could be better addressed if the jurisdictions had stronger pathways for collaborating, communicating, and advocating for county and state level changes.
